4. Pricing and VAT

All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of VAT at the applicable UK rate. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price you pay is the price displayed at the time of your order.

5. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering via our secure payment processor (Stripe). For invoice orders, payment terms will be agreed separately.

6. Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders promptly. Delivery timescales are estimates only and we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers. Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery. Shipping charges are as displayed at checkout.

7. Returns and Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. Custom engraved or personalised items may not be eligible for return unless faulty. Faulty or damaged items will be replaced or refunded at our discretion. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

8. Customisation and Engraving

You are responsible for the accuracy of any engraving or personalisation details provided. KeyTidy Ltd accepts no liability for errors in personalisation details submitted by the customer. We reserve the right to refuse any engraving that is offensive or inappropriate.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and product designs, is the property of KeyTidy Ltd and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

KeyTidy Ltd's liability is limited to the value of the products purchased. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from the use of our products or website. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury or fraud.
